The WORLD pallet is a pool pallet in the euro-pallet format with dimensions 800 x 1.200 and is employed in all industrial and commercial domains. Its dimensions correspond to the exact dimensions of the stipulated DIN standards for wooden pallets in the euro-pallet format (= transportation pallets) and can thus be implemented without complications in the already existing production and warehouse technique (automatic packaging, high rack warehouse, industrial trucks etc.).

Alongside the exchange process, World pallet can also be implemented for resale or deposit/rental. The route implemented for handling the pallets or when and which method is cost-effective depends on the corresponding sector and domain of application.

The decision of either going in for the exchange or the purchase of the pallets is solely made by the user. This decision can be freely made – depending on the economic aspect and the application objectives. Some of our customers today consider this pallet as a packaging material and simply sell this load carrier together with the goods. A further sale of the pallet is more economical and money saving than exchange of the pallets.

Resale

Alongside the exchange deal, World pallet can also be resold to the user without problems. The decision made, as to whether the pallets should be exchanged or resoled depends on the user. This decision can be freely made - depending on the cost effectiveness or area of employment.

A majority of our clients have already switched over to resale system and simply sell the pallet together with the goods (pallet = packaging material). A current establishment and assessment of clients’ data has proven that resale is considerably more cost effective and it turns out to be profitable for 90% of the consignors.

Savings in 6-digit figures are not uncommon. Even consignees (commercial enterprises) can also save money in this process.

And the forwarding firms, who bore the highest block of the expenditure costs, can be ignored for they now merely play the role as the transporters of the products.

We have, on the basis of theses experiences, developed a logistics concept that has forced a change-over from the exchange to the resale process and this can, wit immediate effect, considerably reduce the costs of pallet handling for all participants – consignors, forwarding agents and consignees.
