WORLD Pallet Standards
„Quality with certification and seal“
The WORLD Pallet in the Euro-pallet format is being produced in a fully automated manufacturing process and on innovated plants and equipments.For a 100% quality control, each pallet, at the end of the manufacturing process, undergoes a full automated measurement of contours.
Consequently we can guarantee an exact dimensional accuracy and a utilization of WORLD Pallets, without problems, in high-rack warehouses as well as in all installations of automated packaging technology.
At the same time, with regards quality and stability, the WORLD Pallet is being tested by TÜV Rheinland (see type examination test of September 18, 2008) and it is awarded the official TÜV-certificate.
Furthermore, the Falkenhahn AG and its production are being certified in accordance with the rigorous criteria of DIN ISO 9000. The constant high quality standard therefore fulfils the all the requirements that are being placed for a re-useable and repairable pallet employed in the industry and in commerce. Only very few manufacturers of pallets in Germany meet this rigorous quality management in accordance with the specifications of the ISO 9000 standards.
